The Alumni Association of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi has launched the KNUST Anniversary Gardens at Mamfe. The launch was followed by a tree planting exercise on a 7-acre land, donated by the Chief of Mamfe. They planted varied species of trees that will result in the establishment of an arboretum.

As part of activities to commemorate the 70th Anniversary celebrations of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), the Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson has hosted a virtual interactive session with all KNUST alumni worldwide on Monday, 18th October 2021.

The Gambian Chapter of the KNUST Alumni Association has been launched. The colourful ceremony which was held at the Paradise Suites Conference Hall in Banjul, the capital of the Gambia, on the 6th of December, 2015 was attended by alumni, sponsors, parents and guardians of alumni, corporate organisations, representatives of institutions, the media and prospective students.

Notable among them is Teknokrat Kofi Annan, the former United Nations Secretary General, among others.

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Alumni Association has donated drugs to the Ayeduase Community Clinic in Kumasi.

They included pain killers, malaria drugs, cough syrup, dietary supplements, blood tonic and among others.

The Clinic, which records an average of about 25 Out-Patient-Department (OPD) attendances per day, serves more than 10 communities.

PREAMBLE
We, the alumni of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) worldwide, on whose behalf this Constitution is signed:

KNUST has launched its 8th Alumni Congress at the College of Science Auditorium under the theme: "Transforming Ghana's stunted development through appropriate application of Science and Technology". The launching was a curtain raiser for the actual Alumni Congress to be held in KNUST Campus from the 16th – 19th of October, 2014.
